QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
Industrial safety demands zero failure. Our multi-stage inspection protocol ensures every pair of gloves and protective garment meets contracted AQL 2.5 standards.
OUR 4-STAGE QUALITY AUDIT PIPELINE
From raw pelt inspection to carton sealing, each batch passes through independent quality checkpoints supervised by senior leather technicians.
1. RAW MATERIAL & TANNERY AUDIT
Measurement of hide thickness gauges at five distinct points (butt, shoulder, belly). Chemical pH verification to avoid acid brittleness, and spectrophotometer color matching against buyer approved master swatches.
2. IN-LINE CUTTING & DIE TOLERANCE
Inspection of clicked components for knife edge fraying, grain alignment, and symmetry. Any piece exhibiting weak flank fiber or scar tissue is permanently discarded from the production run.
3. SEWING & STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Tension testing on Kevlar seam stitching, reinforcing bartack count validation, welt coverage along finger inseams, and checking lining adhesion to prevent bunching during heavy manual labor.
4. PRE-DISPATCH AQL 2.5 AUDIT
Random statistical lot sampling according to ISO 2859-1 standards. Visual inspection of cartons, barcode scannability, silica desiccant placement, and pallet shrink-wrap integrity before customs sealing.
IN-HOUSE MECHANICAL & CHEMICAL TESTING
Our internal testing station in Sialkot is calibrated to conduct destructive and non-destructive evaluations including tensile pull strength, seam burst pressure, Veslic rub fastness, and water absorption rates.
