HOW WE BUILD CERTIFIED SAFETY GEAR

Our end-to-end manufacturing system controls every variable of leather elasticity, stitch tensile integrity, and dimensional consistency.

STAGE 01

RAW HIDE PROCUREMENT & SORTING

We source domestic cow and goat hides directly from licensed regional livestock facilities. Expert graders inspect grain density, fiber compactness, and reject hides with excessive insect bites or flay cuts.

STAGE 02

LWG GOLD DRUM TANNING

In our audited wooden tanning drums, raw hides undergo automated lime desoiling, bating, pickling, and chromium salt penetration. Closed-loop effluent monitoring ensures zero untreated water discharge into Sialkot watersheds.

STAGE 03

PRECISION SPLITTING & SHAVING

High-speed electronic bandknife splitters separate the grain split from the suede drop split, calibrating thickness to within +/- 0.05mm across the entire hide surface.

STAGE 04

HYDRAULIC DIE CLICKING

Hardened Swedish steel dies on 25-ton hydraulic swing-arm clicking presses stamp out glove patterns along the natural hide stretch lines, ensuring ergonomic thumb articulation and long palm life.

STAGE 05

INDUSTRIAL KEVLAR STITCHING

Our team of skilled machinists assemble gloves on synchronized post-bed and cylinder-bed machines using certified flame-resistant Kevlar and high-tenacity bonded polyester threads.

STAGE 06

IRONING, SHAPING & QC INSPECTION

Finished gloves are mounted on heated brass hand forms to smooth seams, set the ergonomic curvature, and undergo 100% individual sizing and seam tensile inspection.
